Why learn from me, Michael Masini you ask?
I FEEL LIKE AND ARTIST PAINTING EVERY TIME I PUT A TAPE DOWN. I INFUSE MY LIFE WITH THAT OF THE CHARACTER AND ELEVATE THE WORDS TO TELL A STORY UNDERNEATH.
I have over 150 TV/film and commercial credits. I was struggling to book off tape in 2020/21 and had a family to support after the pandemic. The fact is more people were competing for the jobs I was taping for so I sent my best tapes to my 7 favorite TV directors I know well and they turned them upside down. I then formed this system to bring a powerful, fun exciting performance to the self-tape in 30 minutes or less.
I don't audition- "I SHOOT MY COVERAGE" I have so much shooting my tapes now! I give myself permission to shoot the job! Last year alone I booked 5 Recurring/guest stars, currently recurring on Apple TV High Desert with Patricia Arquette Matt Dillon and upcoming “The Big Cigar” 7 pins for studio projects and 12 callback/avail checks and get traction now on almost every tape I submit.

I was introduced to Michael Masini through a mutual friend who owns a popular self-tape studio in Los Angeles. He told me that Michael had a similar mission to mine for young actors, but that his area of focus was in helping actors create undeniable self-tapes as well as helping them navigate their way to representation that was right for them.
The first time we spoke, I knew I had met a kindred spirit. We were both from the East Coast, both former athletes and both passionate about giving young or inexperienced actors access to people who were a better alternative than the many false, self-proclaimed gurus of the entertainment industry.
Michael talks first and foremost about the work: get better, work on your craft. When I invited him to speak to my online community of artists as a VIP, he did not present his self-tape workshops or representation guidance as if it were a simple 3-step process that would cure their careers overnight. He spoke of certain truths that he knew and practices that he has developed and taught which he has seen transform careers. But he did not sell false hopes as many alleged gurus do every day.
